Combat Hapkido
Hapkido means; "The way of co-ordinated power" and is considered a "Pure Self-Defense Style" of martial arts. Excellant for women because it relies on technique and position for it to be effective.

Tiny Tigers Ages 4-5-6
The "Tiny Tigers" program is a nationally recognized organization that helps prepare the "younger martial arts student" to be a more well rounded person by emphasizing Life Skills as well as martial arts technique. Skills like: Focus, Respect, Patience, Honor and Confidence.

Confidence Building Youth Class
Our 7-12 year old Tae Kwon Do class is designed to help the student grow physically and emotionally as well. This goal oriented class help build "Self-Esteem and Confidence" as well as teach them a traditional martial art.

Conventional Weapons Training
This course is taught in "Private" or "Semi-Private" classes. Use of the "Walking Cane" and "Dan Bhong" (short stick) as everyday weapons are utilized in this course.

Traditional Taekwondo
Our Taekwondo program is based on the principles as practiced thru the International Taekwondo Federation. The students learn a traditional martial system following the tenets of Taekwondo, to improve the person both physically and mentally.

Ground Combatives Course
This program offers the latest and most successful techniques developed by the World Famous Gracie Jiu-Jitsu system. This program is a must for the experianced martial artist that wants to add a new weapon to thier arsenal. And, its great for any individual, regardless of size or strength, for self-defense and street survival.

Hun Mu Do
"Hun Mu Do"- means, "Sport Karate". This system, incorporates advanced competition techniques of the Korean martial arts. The forms learned in this program are both challenging and fun. Excellant for open competitions and a great way to keep physically fit.
