River Cities Martial Arts / Stonewall

River Cities Stonewall opened February 1, 2005. Under the expert care and guidance of Mr. Bob Fowler, 3nd Degree black belt. RCMA Stonewall has become one of the fastest growing and most successful schools in the area. During the past year and and half, Mr. Fowler has taught over 60 students. 5 of them won Regional Championship honors from the National Tae Kwon Do Federation of America, in Forms, Sparring or Weapons competition. In September of 2006, RCMA Stonewall will be moving into its brand new location. With a larger training area and more modern facility, we look for bigger and better things for the future of martial arts in the North Desoto area.

Leadership Team Members

RCMA Stonewall has a great team of young leaders and future black belts. Members are Wade Lincoln 1rst Dan, Emily Knarr 1rst Dan and Richard Sulimowicz 1rst Dan.

Tiny Tiger Age 4-5-6

This is a nationally recognized program for the younger child. Designed to help the student with Better Balance - Better Self-Control - Working with others

Confidence Building Youth Class 7-12

This challenging class is designed to instill Self-Confidence - Self-Worth - Self-Respect in a safe and controlled setting.

Adult Martial Arts Program

Stress Release - Weight Control - Improved Physical Health

5:30pm to 6:15pm Tiny Tigers ages 4-5-6
6:15pm to 7:00pm Ages 6 thru 12 Beginner ranks
7:00pm to 7:45pm Ages 6 thru 12 Intermediate & Advanced ranks
7:45pm to 8:30pm Adults (All Ranks)
